Request Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your data from Skilliyo Nigeria (the website and the Skilliyo app).

How to request deletion

Send an email to info.nigeria@skilliyo.com with the subject “Delete my data”, from or mentioning the phone number / email / business name associated with your Skilliyo listing or account. We will verify the request and process it.

You can also message us on WhatsApp at the number shown on our contact page and ask us to delete your data.

What gets deleted

• Your provider/business listing and its contact details (phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, email).
• Listing photos you provided.
• Worker or provider login account and login credentials, where applicable.
• Reviews and the reviewer contact details you submitted.

What we may keep

We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud and abuse. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.

How long it takes

We aim to action verified deletion requests within 30 days. Public listings are usually removed from the website and app much sooner.
