These Terms govern your use of Skilliyo Nigeria (the “Service”), a website and app that lists local service providers so users can find and contact them. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Skilliyo is

Skilliyo is a directory that connects buyers with independent service providers. Skilliyo is not a provider of the services listed, is not a party to any agreement between a buyer and a provider, and does not employ the providers. Any contract, service, payment or dispute is solely between the buyer and the provider.

2. Listings & information

Listings are created by or on behalf of providers, or collected by our team. We try to keep information accurate but we do not guarantee that any listing, price, contact detail, availability or review is correct, current or complete. You should confirm all details directly with the provider before engaging them.

3. No verification or endorsement

Skilliyo does not verify the identity, qualifications, licences, or quality of any provider, and does not endorse any provider. You engage providers at your own risk and should use your own judgement.

4. Buyers

You agree to use the Service lawfully, to contact providers only for genuine enquiries, and not to misuse contact details (for example for spam or harassment).

5. Providers

If you are listed, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to offer the services described. You are responsible for your own services, pricing, taxes and compliance with applicable laws. You may ask us to update or remove your listing at any time.

6. Reviews

Reviews reflect the opinions of the people who submit them, not Skilliyo. We may moderate, decline or remove reviews, and we may require a valid contact to verify a review. Do not submit false, abusive or misleading reviews.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, post false or harmful content, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with the Service’s operation.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skilliyo and its team are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or from any dealing with a provider, including the quality, safety or legality of services, or any act or omission of a provider or buyer.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
